Overview

Atlantic Health System is seeking aTelecommunications Operator for ISS Customer Services & Support.

Responsibilities

Essential functions are as follows:

  • Perform daily quality checks and monitoring of operations and make recommendations for improvements for Customer Service.
  • Carry out performance measurement, monitoring, and evaluation of all operators and processes to improve the efficiency for our customers.
  • Acting as an information source and answering operator questions, assigning tasks, following up and giving instructions as needed.
  • Practicing and ensuring compliance with that of all the organization’s policies and procedures.
  • Communicating solutions, successes, and opportunities to the Site ISS Manager.

Qualifications

The hours on this role will be every Thursday 7 am - 3 pm - located at corporate in Morristown, and every other Saturday/Sunday from 2pm - 10pm at Chilton in Pompton Plains.

 

Education:

  • High school or GED required

 

Requirements:

  • Weekends
  • Qualified candidates possess experience in call center preferred
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills in order to build effective relationships with all levels of professionals
  • Must promote a strong customer service oriented environment
  • Must have strong IT and communication skills
