Overview

Answer inbound calls for all billing inquiries for all facilities. Ensure insurance information is entered properly on accounts, process credit card payments, complete customer service forms for various customer service requests; ex: refunds, medical records, time payments and follow up, complete weekly backlog/scanning, work well in a team environment, must maintain up to date knowledge with department policies and procedures by attending monthly meetings/trainings.

Qualifications

Education:

  • High School diploma
  • Associates degree preferred

 

Requirements:

  • Call center experience preferred
  • Candidate must have excellent communication skills and articulate in a clear and concise manner
  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel and other various Microsoft Office applications
