Responsible to review, interpret and analyze collected data using different tools, statistical techniques and data management systems to provide accurate and reliable reports. Will provide guidance and direction to AAC Management through data and will provide detailed monthly reporting for AHS executives. Additionally, will perform other related duties including administrative support to the Mobile Health Management Team as assigned. The Coordinator is a high-visibility position that will interact with a broad spectrum of Atlantic Mobile Health contracted partnerships, board members, legal department, medical-staff, various hospital departments, and management.


  • Assists with the organization and presentation of clinical and operational data
  • Provides clinical metrics, on time performance review, and benchmarking data through expert utilization of large databases and AHS reporting tools
  • Prepare various recurring intelligence/clinical/financial reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Manage the various AMH contracts.  Includes the coordination of the execution and renewal process all within the standards of Atlantic Health System
  • Works closely with management to share information and improve the quality of our services and solve problems in the field.  Assists in the marketing of services including: entry into other client locations and renewal of contracts
  • Works effectively and relates well with others including supervisors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the company.  Exhibits a professional manner in dealing with others and works to maintain constructive working relationships
  • Assists with special events and business development activities
  • Performs necessary duties as may be assigned including the support and assistance of AMH managers in current projects
  • Provides general administrative support including: office/phone management; meeting management; documenting minutes at board meetings; and maintain and order supplies. The Coordinator will oversee the budgeting processes to maintain accurate accounting of expenditures and remaining open budget status as assigned to this role.




  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, statistics, healthcare informatics or equivalent experience required



  • Experience with data collection and analysis

  • Proficient computer and technical skills necessary in order to perform the tasks required;  including expert knowledge in MS Excel

  • Experience working with teams and projects

  • Demonstrates self-motivated and independent decision making with minimal supervision
