  • Overview

    Document and classify incidents and service requests in the incident management system. Provide initial support, investigation and diagnosis for all incidents. Provide customers with accurate status updates on their requests. Attend and participate in meetings and training sessions. Provide status reports as requested to Management. Work with other ISS staff members and/or vendors to achieve successful implementation and maintenance of all organizational hardware and software, while maintaining all asset information accurately in the asset management system. Coordinate with managers and analysts on all emergency outages, and serve as an escalation resource to other team members.

    Qualifications

     

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s Degree, technical degree or equivalent work experience required

     

    Requirements:

    • 4 years in Technical Support required
    • 2 years system implementation and applicable system support preferred
    • Provides expertise in support of Level I, II and other Level III Specialists, including the delegation of work assignments
