  • Overview

    Provides primary technical end user support of personal computer workstations and associated peripherals. This may include diagnosis and troubleshooting of all organizational software, hardware and Operating Systems. Position may be assigned to any AHS facility. Hours may be modified at the discretion of Client Services Management as necessary to provide 24/7 customer support.



    • Associates Degree, technical degree or equivalent work experience


    Certifications – any of the following or higher

    • MCITP: Enterprise Desktop Support Technician 7
    • MCITP: Enterprise Desktop Administrator 7 or MCP MCDST (XP)
    • MCSA: Administering Windows Server 2012 (70-411) & Configuring Advanced Windows Server 2012 Services (70-412)



    • Knowledge of the Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory, Domain Networks and Software, Application troubleshooting
    • Working knowledge of healthcare terminology
    • Repair, maintenance, instillation of computer hardware and related equipment
    • The skills required for this type of position include problem solving, following instructions and communication skills
