The primary focus of this job is on the oversight of the Talent Management Team: managing their day-to-day duties including performance management, team development, training delivery, individual development, goal definition and execution, intra-team (HR) alignment, as well as other assigned managerial duties. The Manager is expected to act autonomously within the guidelines set forth by the Director and is expected to assist in carrying out varied and complex learning and organizational development activities.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field required. Master’s degree preferred but not required.
Minimum 7 years experience in learning and / or organizatinal development work
Minimum 5 years experience managing and leading team
Healthcare experience preferred but not required.
Related certification strongly preferred but not required on hire, e.g., PHR, SHPR, CPTM, CPLP, CPT, CTDP
