    Newton Medical Center is seeking a Manager, Nursing Administration

    Responsibilities

    The qualified candidate will manage and lead the Patient Experience team as well as the  Volunteer Department and Gift Shop.  Partner with leadership team in initiatives to improve service. 

     

    Qualifications

    Education:

    BA/BS required

     

    Qualifications:

    Experience in customer service preferred.  Experience with Press Ganey is preferred; statistical analysis experience is preferred.
