Atlantic Health System is seeking a self-motivated, professional, experienced Clinical Talent Acquisition Consultant who will be responsible for the recruitment of Nursing open positions within Atlantic Health System. The role of the Clinical Talent Acquisition Consultant is to source external candidates for our clinical (nursing) positions (exempt and non-exempt) utilizing your previous networking sources and on line job boards. Reliance on external agencies is limited. Heavy emphasis is placed on time to fill.
Bachelor’s degree required
The qualified candidate will have a minimum of 3 years Recruitment experience. Experience recruiting within the Private Practice sector or Healthcare is strongly preferred, utilizes applicant tracking systems, prior use of iCIMS a plus. Experience with a broad range of recruiting methodologies including sourcing capabilities (active and passive), internet, employee referrals, professional networking, etc. Demonstrated experience managing the candidate process orchestrating a positive candidate experience throughout; prior use of behavioral-based interviewing and selection models required.
