Atlantic Neuroscience Associates, part of Atlantic Medical Group is currently seeking an experienced CMA to join our team.
The CMA will be responsible for directing patients in all phases of their experience with the practice. Responsibilities will include greeting and preparing for patients, completing patient intake into EPIC system, maintaining exam rooms including cleaning and keeping inventory/ordering supplies, and handling patient prescriptions and pre-authorizations for diagnostic testing/procedures as well as other duties typical of a physician practice
High School Diploma required
Graduate of a CAAHEP or ABHES accredited Medical Assistant program preferred
Medical Assistant certification through AAMA, AMCA, AMT, NCCT, or NHA and prior CMA experience in a physician practice preferred
EMR experience desired
CMA will work in Pain Management Center at Overlook
