  • Overview

    Women's Health Services at Morristown Medical Center, part of Atlantic Medical Group is currently seeking an experienced physician practice front end professional to join our team.

    Responsibilities

    Essential Functions:

    • The MOA will be responsible for managing phones, scheduling appointments, patient registrations, data entry, processing co-pay collections, insurance pre-certificattions and referrals, faxing and scanning documents, and other administrative duties typical of a busy physician practice.

     

    Qualifications

    Education:

    • High School Diploma required 

    Qualifications/Requirements:

    • Previous administrative experience in a medical office experience strongly preferred
    • Epic EMR experience desired
    • Position is day hours with some flexibility required (occasional evening hours)
    • Position may require occasional travel to four office locations
