Overview

Atlantic Medical Group's Practice of Orthopedics in Morristown, NJ is seeking an experienced CMA to join our team.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

  • The CMA will assume clinical as well as administrative responsibilities including managing phones, registering patients, scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, rooming patients, vital signs, medication reconciliation, maintaining/prepping exam rooms, and other duties typical of a CMA in a physician practice.

 

Qualifications

Education:

  • High School Diploma
  • Graduate of a CAAHEP or ABHES accredited Medical Assistant program preferred

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Medical Assistant certification through AAMA, AMCA, AMT, NCCT, NHA required
  • Post externship physician practice experience preferred
  • Prior EMR physician practice experience a plus
  • Experience with EPIC desired
