Candidate will be working in the Clinic for our Central Scheduling team specializing Women's Health. This position requires the candidate to be Bilingual Spanish and work on-site 10am - 6pm daily. 


This position requires:


  • Candidate will take large number of incoming calls that will facilitate the transcribing of orders and scheduling of our patients.
  • Advise patients of necessary information relating to their appointment





Associates degree or the equivalent in certifications would be preferred. 

Applications currently enrolled in college with experience in call center and/or scheduling will also be considered

Years of service in a healthcare scheduling department or a physician's office specialising in woman's health will be considered



Candidate must possess:


Bilingual English/Spanish

Previous call center experience

Work experience in a clinic, hospital or phsyicaians' office speaciliasing in worman's health highly preferred

Must be able to talk and type simultaneously as demonstrated via a typing test.
