Morristown Medical Center, a member of Atlantic Health System, is seeking a Part-time Food Service Rep. Required hours vary, including every other weekend.


AHS is seeking a Food Service Rep to work in the Food & Nutrition Department at Morristown Medical Center. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following functions:

  • Portioning, assembly, and delivery of meals to patients at Morristown Medical Center utilizing our room service program.
  • Attention to detail while completing these tasks is essential to patient safety while adhering to prescribed diet orders.
  • This position may also be responsible for other general kitchen tasks including but not limited to sanitation.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service during all interactions is an essential element of this position.



  • HS diploma or GED equivalent required or will obtain within 2 years of employment.


  • Qualified candidates must be able to read, write, and speak English.
  • Must be able to lift/push/pull 25 lbs
  • Experience in healthcare food service or high-volume dining is preferred.
