The Medical Institute of New Jersey, part of Atlantic Medical group, with offices in Cedar Knolls and Mendham, is currently seeking an experienced Medical Office Associate I to join our team.
The MOA will manage heavy phone volume, greet patients, schedule and confirm appointments, process referrals and pre-certs/authorizations, enter patient demographics and information, verify insurance coverage, collect co-pays and end of day cash balance, and other front end duties typical of a physician practice.
Prior administrative experience in a physician practice strongly preferred
Knowledge of computer scheduling and Epic experience a plus
Position requires one (1) evening shift a week in addition to working one (1) Saturday a month
