Overview

Atlantic Health System is seeking a PER DIEM Administrative Assistant for the Nursing Resource Center at Morristown Medical Center to work varied shifts. 

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

  • Provide administrative services to the Administrative Managers in house on the weekends by scheduling and rescheduling Patient Safety Technicians as the need changes.
  • Answer phones, prepare personnel folders, maintain Excel spreadsheets with manpower use and other administrative duties as requested.

Qualifications

Education:

  • High school diploma, some college preferred. Nursing students or medical background preferred.

 

Related Experience:

  • Must have good phone skills, able to work in a fast paced environment and able to multi task.
  • Must be able to fulfill the scheduling commitment with weekends, holidays and covering FT team member's PTO.
