Atlantic Health System is seeking a part time Medical Office Associate to work in the Physical Therapy Department at Overlook Medical Center. The hours will be 8:00am-2:00pm. Position requires one evening 1pm-7pm/week

Essential Functions:

• The part time Medical Office Associate will assume responsibility for greeting patients as they come in to facility
• Registering and scheduling patients
• Check patients in/out in Epic
• Appointment confirmations
• Running estimates for upfront collection
• Verifying insurance
• Processing referrals
• Order office supplies
• Other clerical duties as needed
• Address and resolve customer service issues related to scheduling and registration
• Provide excellent customer service.

Education:

• High school diploma

Minimum Experience Required:

• medical office setting
