Atlantic Health System is seeking a full time Respiratory Therapists for their South Hackensack Clinical Services Unit. The position will be working the day shift - 8:30 - 5pm Monday -Friday.  On call expected and is scheduled during the week/weekends. Averaging 3-4 days a month


  • Candidate will be responsible for administering safe and competent respiratory care, reviews and communicates physician orders, administration of medications, perform patient assessments, understand implication of hemodynamic and pulse oximetry monitoring, performs arterial blood punctures and analysis;
  • Assist with transport and monitoring of ventilated patients; documents therapeutic information in the patient’s medical record and on other forms;
  • Can push, pull, lift approximately 50 lbs.;
  • Assist with lifting, rolling and proning of patients;
  • Will perform according to approved infection control policies and procedures




  • Graduate of an AMA Respiratory Therapy program


  • RRT (Registered) strongly preferred 
  • NJ RCP license required
  • BLS/CPR required 
  • ACLS required
  • PALS required 
  • 1 year of Respiratory Therapist experience preferred 
  • Bi-Lingual English/Spanish preferred
