Schedules surgery services within the hospital to ensure patient needs are met in accordance with instructions from the physician and hospital administrative policies.
Coordinates all surgeries with physician schedules in office and hospital.
Meets with patients to discuss available dates for surgery, PAT and answers any questions or concerns they have regarding the process.
Obtains preauthorizations, verifies pts insurances and coordinates with Endo Suite.
Maintains CMA licensure
Willingness to travel to other locations
Post externship experience preferred
Valid Driver’s License required as travel between sites may be requested
EMR experience desired
