Overview

Cardiac Rescue & Recovery, part of Atlantic Medical Group, is seeking a Medical Office Associate to work the day shift in Morristown NJ

 

 

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

  • Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Candidate will accurately collect and document time-of-service payments, registration, verify demographics and insurance information.
  • Offers friendly and courteous assistance to every patient to ensure they have a positive , professional experience. Candidate must successfully pass all required training.
  • Includes, but not limited to: electronic medical record training, revenue cycle training and others, as appropriate.
  • Must be able to manage authorizations and referrals.

Qualifications

Education:

  • HS Graduate/GED. Some college experience preferred.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • 1-2 years prior experience in an office setting, medical practice or other medical office, preferred
