Atlantic Health System is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Branding & Communications. A key member of the HR leadership team, this role works in a matrix organization to develop powerful executive communications, drive team member engagement, and promote talent brand awareness. Your contributions will further Atlantic Health’s position as a certified Top 100 Best Place to Work For and strong leader in acquiring and retaining top talent. This role will report to the Director, Communications, and partners with teams across Atlantic Health System including the Human Resources Leadership, Internal Communications, Marketing and Public Relations.
