Overview

Morristown Medical Center is seeking a full-time Medical Office Associate II

Responsibilities

 

  • Greet patients, manage phones, schedule/confirm appointments, enter demographics & patient information, verify insurance coverage, accurately complete necessary forms, collect co-pays, balance cash, maintain schedule in EMR system.

Qualifications

Education:

  • High School Diploma required

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Essential Functions

    Assists in handling telephone inquiries for Managers & Assistant Managers and other department Team Members.

    Schedule, coordinate and maintain outlook calendars for Department Managers. 

    Prepares department correspondence/communication such as  memos, letters, and department emails. 

    Prepares excel reports, power point presentations and projects such as flyers & Brochures for department Managers & Assistant Managers.

    Perform other administrative function associated with the Department of Radiology. 

     

     

    Experience Required

    Strong computer knowledge & strong Excel experience a must
