Overview

Newton Medical Center a member of Atlantic Health System is seeking a FT Business Office Supervisor for tne Nursing Resource Department to cover evening shifts from 12pm - 8pm

Responsibilities

Assist with scheduling and placement of patient safety techs. Print schedules and rosters for bed meetings. Facilitate bed meetings. Make changes in scheduling program as needed. Assist with scheduling orientation of new team members. Provide feedback on team members performance. E-mail reports on staffing and usage to appropriate team members. Round on patient safety techs to ensure that they are being relieved for breaks. Make calls to obtain staff for open shifts. Collaborate and communicate with nurse managers and off-shift nursing managers any changes or vacancies. Order supplies as needed. Work closely with other business supervisor. Cover patient safety tech opening as needed.

Qualifications

 

  • High school diploma
  • Computer literacy. Exceptional communication skills. Teamwork focused. Learning agility.
