The HR Operations Analyst I will serve as the front-line administrator for entering, processing and auditing sensitive HRIS data. This role will also be responsible for maximizing technological capabilities to reduce manual processes, preparing ad-hoc/scheduled reporting and serving as a resource for process-improvement tasks and special projects. This position will also execute a variety of tasks associated with the on-boarding process.


  • Apply knowledge of both HR policies and procedures to maintain data integrity through recurrent audits and leading practices for maintaining data integrity within Core HR
  • Follow policies and procedures regarding the safeguarding of highly confidential information
  • Reviews new hire data entry using standards to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Collaborates with HRBPs to ensure the accuracy and appropriateness of Action Requests to be submitted
  • Respond to all inquiries – (Cherwell Ticketing system, email or phone) on a variety of issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service. Meet or exceed statistical metrics
  • Collaborate with others on special assignments and projects as needed


The support model includes:

  • 50% - Responding to Cherwell Ticketing system requests within 24 hours.
    • Action Requests
    • CWR/Non-Employees
    • Data Corrections / Updates
    • Leave Plans
    • Payroll
    • Performance Management
    • HRMS Security
  • 30% - Performs recurring audits to ensure data integrity in all HR aspects including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Benefits, Compensation, and Core HR
  • 10% - Core table updates
  • 10% - Ad hoc projects


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, engineering, or related field required or equivalent work experience.
  • Knowledge with technologies or languages such as C++, Java, SQL, automation tools, etc strongly desired.
  • A minimum of 3 years of customer service experience.
  • Working, Functional knowledge of HRMS.
