We are looking for a passionate and energetic talent hunter to support campus and program hiring for our new graduate Nursing program at Atlantic Health System. Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the recruitment of candidates for:
    • New Graduate Registered Nurse programs (Hire Learner)
    • Dedicated Education Units
    • Summer Nurse Extern Programs
    • Summer Internship - Nursing
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and execute on the strategy, development and execution of the campus and inclusion program across the Country
  • Conducts departmental needs assessments to calibrate hiring expectations to ensure quality
  • Promotion and implementation of strategic initiatives; participates in the development and implementation of strategic recruitment initiatives
  • Educates client on the recruiting process and the roles involved in the process as well as provide training and guidance on policies and procedures
  • Full-lifecycle recruitment for entry level and inclusive initiative program hiring across multiple functions, including building the talent pipeline, screening, on-site & virtual interviews, and offers while building positive candidate experiences and relationships
  • Build, maintain and foster relationships with target inclusive organizations, universities, professors, administration, and student organizations
  • Serve as a consultant for the business to advise on their internship and program hiring needs and opportunities
  • Project manage plans to build and strengthen AHS brand as employer of choice online and at events
  • Leverage data status and trends to inform recruiting decisions
  • Mentor new graduate nurses
  • Drive employment and regulatory standards that apply to all recruitment activity and ensures compliance with all local, state, federal rules applicable laws, and Atlantic Health System practices, including OSHA, Joint Commission, and Magnet

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Registered Nursing Degree required

Relevant Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

  • 3 years of campus recruiting experience preferred
  • Experienced and passionate about creating and deploying strategies for various recruiting initiatives including but not limited to campus recruitment, diversity, veteran, reentry outreach and recruitment programs
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools 
  • Strong organization and recruitment project execution experience
  • Willingness and ability to work nights, weekends and travel up to 30% as needed for events
