Overview

The Family Health Center at Morristown Medical Center is curently seeking an Assistant Manager, Clinical Services.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

  • Assist manager in leadership role of FHC, recruitment, performance evaluations, coaching team members, day to day functions and strategic planning
  • Supervises staff, monitor flow and implements efficiencies. Prepares biweekly and monthly reports and statistics as required
  • Ensures compliance with all appropriate regulatory agencies, ie. TJC and NJ Dept. of Health
  • Participate in developing/revising job descriptions
  • Works the daily work queues in EPIC and resolves insurance issues
  • Demonstrates and embraces PRIDE values in all aspects of the job.

Qualifications

Education:

  • BS Degree required

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
  • Prior leadership experience in a healthcare or office practice setting
  • Computer skills incl Word, Excel, and EMR (Epic preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills, priority setting, time management, telephone and team leading skills
