Provides support to all of Human Resources, including support during the transition from the current state (PeopleSoft Human Capital Management 9.2) to the future state (AtlanticHub - Oracle ERP Solutions).  Provide data for reporting and analytical needs.  Works closely with key business stakeholders and the Technical team to provide support to the business. 




  • Working knowledge and troubleshooting HCM PeopleSoft 9.2 application issues
  • Provide production support for projects of varying sizes
  • Exhibit advanced problem-solving skills, advanced troubleshooting techniques, testing and issue resolution.
  • Engage in the Oracle ERP implementation project and go live support
  • Familiarity with writing functional / technical requirements.


Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, engineering, or related field required


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, engineering, or related field required.
  • 2+ years of working functional knowledge of HRMS (PeopleSoft 9.2)
  • Minimum of 2+ years interfacing with and providing client support
  • Working knowledge and experience with technologies or languages such as SQL, automation tools, etc. strongly desired.
