We are looking for an exceptional curious and passionate Talent Acquisition Operations Lead with excellent organization and client service skills to lead our recruiting operations team. If you are passionate about process management, recruiting coordination, leveraging your organizational and multi-tasking skills to ensure process excellence and create premium client and candidate experiences then this may be the role for you.

Responsibilities

  • Report to the Director of Talent Acquisition and support overall recruiting operational effectiveness
  • Performance manage the compliance and onboarding teams
  • Lead and coordinate our onboarding process, including preparation of materials, verifying all necessary documentation, greeting, and welcoming our new-hires and ensuring our employees have all the information and resources needed to have an amazing start to their time at Atlantic Health System
  • Develop and drive strategies for optimal candidate experiences
  • Drive employment and regulatory standards that apply to all recruitment activities and ensure compliance with all local, state, federal rules applicable laws, and AHS practices, including OSHA, Joint Commission, and Magnet
  • Identify risks, evaluate options, recommend approaches and mitigations to realize full potential of the recruiting operations teams

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required

Relevant Experience:

  • At least 7 years of dynamic human resources or recruiting operations experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Proven team management experience
  • Experience planning and managing new-hire onboarding process
  • Strong program or project management experience
  • Effective communication skills both written and oral, capable of communicating at all levels up through the most senior leaders of the company
  • Exemplary customer service, organizational and disciplined time management skills that render positive results
  • Highly disciplined, self-starter with the ability to multi-task and juggle competing priorities with an extreme level of detail, accuracy, confidentiality, diplomacy, and initiative
