Overview

Atlantic Health System is seeking a per diem CT Tech in the Radiology department at Chilton Medical Center. The hours will vary and including every other weekend. Expectations / requirements of this position is to be available for 4-6 shifts per month at a minimum. Candidates should be expected to work in relieving both FT and PT team members while on PTO. Off shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Perform Computed Tomography Imaging on all patient types at Chilton Medical Center
  • Proficient in CT Imaging and utilizing CT equipment and all pertinent ISS systems in processing patients daily
  • Able to insert angiocatheters and inject IV contrast

Qualifications

Education: 

  • High School diploma / GED required
  • NJDEP license as Radiographer is required
  • Certification in Computed Tomography by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (CT) is required

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of CT experience in a Hospital setting is strongly preferred.
