This is a Risk Manager / Risk Management position in our Headquarters location
Respond to significant occurrences immediately, review facts, preserve evidence, statements of witnesses and assist in event control. Ensure reporting pursuant to the NJ Patient Safety Act. Review incidents and identify and report potential claims and lawsuits to corporate Insurance Department. Manage regulatory complaints and investigations. Manage patient complaints and grievances pursuant to CMS requirements.
BSN; MSN preferred
ASHRM Certification required or to be obtained within first year of employment.
Minimum 5 years nursing experience; 3 years of risk management, 3 years of off shift management or 3 years nursing management preferred.
