Overview

Atlantic Health System's Patient Financial Services Department is seeking a full-time Patient Financial Service Representative to work from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. 

Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls for all AHS facilities, ensure insurance is entered accurately on accounts, process credit card payments, complete Customer Service tasks for various Customer Service requests, ex: refunds, medical records, time payment plans and follow up. Complete weekly backlog, work well in a team environment and maintain up to date knowledge with department training.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Four Year College Degree (Bachelor's Degree) required

 

Requirements:

  • Must have 3-5 years Customer Service Call Center experience
  • Candidate must have excellent communication skills and articulate in a clear and concise manner
  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel and other various Microsoft applications
  • Must maintain high quality standards (timely and accurate processing of information) and positive employee relations
