Atlantic Health System is seeking a full time Practice Manager role for Blair Associates and Madison Internal Medicine, part of Atlantic Medical Group.


Essential Functions:

  • Ensure compliance with all appropriate regulatory agencies, corporate compliance, AMG policies and procedures and AHS system protocols
  • Mediate or assist in the mediation of conflicts, differences and misunderstandings between and amongst patients, staff and physicians
  • Ensure patient experience as well as staff and physician engagement is maintained at the highest level of excellence
  • Work closely with physicians and staff to enhance practice operations, maximize reimbursement, collections and contain costs
  • Ensure office staff members are trained and versed on all applicable information systems associated with the practices
  • Responsible for daily and monthly reconciliation of all copays and patient payments
  • Prepare monthly practice metrics and statistics report including such areas as visit volume, Press Ganey scores, budget variances and insurance denials
  • Conduct interviews and selection of high quality candidates and on-board and train new staff members




  • High School Diploma required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred


  • Minimum two years experience in a physician practice required
  • CMA desired
  • Prior practice management experience preferred
  • EPIC experience a plus
  • Strong verbal and written skills essential
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle variety of sensitive and confidential situations with tact and diplomacy
  • Excellent time management skills required, and ability to carry out and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives
