Atlantic Health System is seeking a Full-Time Supervisor for the Environmental Services Department at Morristwon Medical Center. Required hours vary, including every other weekend.


Essential Functions/Responsibilities of Position:

This is a leadership position and will oversee operations of the Linen, Environmental Services and Patient Transport Departments.

  • Directly supervising front line Team Members to ensure quality.
  • Training Team Members as needed.
  • Improving patient throughput by reducing turnaround times for both discharge cleaning and patient transport.
  • Provides a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and team members at all times.


Minimum Education Required

  • HS diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Bachelors Degree a plus

Minimum Experience Required

  • Must be able to read, write and speak/understand English
  • Must be able to bend/lift/push/pull 50lbs
  • Must be able to be on your feet for an extended period of time
  • Position includes cleaning of blood and bodily fluids
  • Great customer service/people skills required
  • Computer skills required
  • Previous Environmental Services leadership experience a plus
