Atlantic Health System is seeking a per diem Neurodiagnostic Tech for the Electroneurodiagnostics department at Chilton Medical Center working varied shifts as required by the department. May require travel to other locations. 


Job Requirements: 

  • As a Neurodiagnostic Technologist, studies performed will encompass: routine/sleep deprived EEGs, long-term monitoring including Video EEGs/Ambulatory EEGs, monitoring during WADA procedures, invasive monitoring with intracranial grids/strips.
  • Will work with a wide variety of hospital environments and patient types including: neonate through adult patient populations, Neuro ICU, Neonatal ICU, Pediatric ICU and Behavioral Health environments.
  • Employees must be able to work independently as well as in a team setting.
  • Must be skilled in their ability to provide a technologist's impression of their studies and be able to relay pertinent information to their partnering physicians.
  • Per-diem employees are expected to work a minimum of one weekend per-month and one holiday per year. Must be willing to cover gaps in department schedule due to vacation or sudden call-outs.



  • Must have R.EEG T., or be able to sit for the registration exam required

Minimum Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required


  • Graduate from an accredited Neurodiagnostic Program

Relevant Experience:

  • 1+ year of Acute experience preferred
