Overview

Atlantic Health System is seeking a Per Diem Interventional Radiology Technologist for the Radiology Special Procedures Dept at Morristown Medical Center. The hours will vary, no weekends or on call required.   

Responsibilities

  • Perform and provide appropriate imaging and treatment processes in accordance with state, federal and professional guidelines
  • Demonstrate knowledge of a variety of diagnostic and therapeutic equipment, including set-up, utilization, troubleshooting and proper care of equipment
  • Assemble all relevant patient data including but not limited to clinical history, identify, assess and resolve problems for overall process improvement
  • Prepare room and equipment and review all clinical requisitions and verify orders

Qualifications

Qualifications:

 

Minimum Education:

  • Associate degree in applied science required

Education:

  • Graduate of an Accredited Radiography Program

License/Certifications:

  • NJDEP Licensed required
  • ARRT required
  • CPR  

Relevant Experience:

  • 2 years of Diagnostic Radiography experience
  • OR experience & IR experience a plus
