Atlantic Health System is seeking a Full Time Medical Office Associate in Radiology at Overlook Medical Center, primarily working 7:00am - 5:00pm. Weekend and Holiday coverage is required.


  • Position requires correspondence with Radiologists, Residents, ER Physicians, IR Physicians, IR Technologists, Nursing units and Physician offices
  • Requires registering patients, interviewing patients, verify all patient information, assist technologists with moving and positioning, work closely with departmental manager/supervisor, as well as general office duties
  • Team member is responsible for protocol list
  • Updating protocols based on physician's request
  • Dealing with Interventional Physicians
  • MAC building consults and general consults
  • Any workflow updates, and assisting with other practices to maintain a good relationship
  • Perform other administrative functions associated with department needs
  • Training other team members as needed by the Radiology Department
  • Team member will be responsible to know all departmental areas in the Radiology Department
  • Team member can be moved to satellite AHS locations as needed
  • Shift change is a possibility depending on departmental needs
  • Perform other administrative functions associated with department needs



  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Computer proficiency

Minimum Education:

  • HS diploma or equivalent required

Relevant Experience:

  • Epic experience
  • 1-3 years of previous Hospital experience preferred
  • Interventional Radiology Experience
