Chilton Medical Center, a member of Atlantic Health System, is seeking a Full-Time Patient Experience Liaison to work 8am - 4pm including every other weekend as required by department. 


Essential Functions/Responsibilities of Position:

  • Work with patients and their families to address concerns or special needs that may arise during their course of treatment within the hospital setting.
  • Work directly with various members of the health-care team, hospital departments, and administration to solve problems that patients & families may have with the goal of facilitating a
    positive patient experience during their time in the organization.
  • Acts as an intermediary between hospital departments and the patient/family to bring about the most effective health-care treatment and positive hospital experience.




  • High School Diploma or GED; Associate and/or higher college degree preferred 

Relevant Experience:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience and/or previous health-care experience preferred
  • Possess excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with all diverse population.
  • Knowledge of performance improvement strategies.
  • Data analysis
  • Working knowledge of HCAHPS and other patient experience measurements.
  • Ability to collaborate with other Team Members, departments in a professional manner to improve the quality, effectiveness and efficiency of the patient experience.
  • Bilingual preferred
