Atlantic Health System is seeking a PD Nursing Educator for Pediatric Endocrinology. Hours: 2 days /week- no weekends; hours vary. 


Essential Job Functions:

  •  The selected candidate will assist with diabetes education of newly diagnosed patients, conduct pump trainings and pump classes, handle Rx renewals, collect data and report on application for ADA certification. Candidate will have the ability to utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served
  • Through the model of Shared Governance, collaborate with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidenced based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families, demonstrate and embrace the PRIDE cove values (Professionalism, Respect, Involvement, Dignity and Excellence) in every aspect of their job, and have excellent communication and computer skills.




  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program required
  • BSN Preferred
  • A valid NJ RN license and CDE certification required. 


  • Valid New Jersey Nursing License required

Minimum Experience:

  • A minimum of 1 year of Pediatric Endocrinology experience is required.
