Overview

Atlantic Medical Group, part of Atlantic Health System is currently seeking an experienced full time Medical Office Assoicate II for a busyPediatric Cardiology in the Morristown outpatient office.

 

Hours will be: Vary from 8am to 6pm

no weekend commitment

no holidays

Responsibilities

ssential Functions:

  • The MOA II will assume responsibility for front desk duties such as managing phones, checking in patients upon arrival, scheduling and confirming appointments,
  • Manage registration, collecting co-pays, verifying insurance, scanning documents into the electronic medical record, processing medical records releases and other clerical duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED required

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Prior administrative experience in a physician practice required - preferred pediatric experience
  • Computer literacy essential
  • EPIC EMR experience preferred
  • Strong customer service skills a must
  • Experience managing high call volume
