Atlantic Health System is seeking a per-diem Patient Financial Srv Rep. for PFS Customer Service to cover evening shifts from 3PM to 8PM. This position is located in Morris Plains, NJ.


  • Answer inbound calls for all billing inquiries for all AHS facilities.
  • Ensure insurance information is entered properly on accounts, process credit card payments, complete customer service forms for various customer service requests; ex: refunds, medical records, time payments and follow up.
  • Complete weekly backlog/scanning and applying documentation, work well in a team environment, must maintain up to date knowledge with department policies and procedures by attending monthly meetings and trainings.



  • Candidate must have excellent communication skills and articulate in a clear and concise manner
  • Must maintain high quality standards (timely and accurate processing of information) and positive employee relations
  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel and other various Microsoft applications

Minimum Education:

  • High School Diploma is required


  • Associate Degree is preferred

Relevant Experience:

  • Call Center experience preferred
  • Previous experience in the field is a plus
