Morristown Medical Center is seeking a full-time Patient Financial Service Representative to work from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Answer inbound calls for all AHS facilities, ensure insurance is entered accurately on accounts, process credit card payments, complete Customer Service tasks for various Customer Service requests, ex: refunds, medical records, time payment plans and follow up. Complete weekly backlog, work well in a team environment and maintain up to date knowledge with department training.
