Atlantic Health System is seeking a Full-time Patient Experience Liaison at Morristown Medical Center working 9:30am - 5:30pm shift including every other Saturday and Sunday shifts together.



  • Acts as a liaison for all patients and families.
  • Able to multitask and be flexible with facilitating inquiries for patients, visitors, and family members.
  • Facilitates family discussions and needs with multidisciplinary team.
  • Identifies action plans based on results.
  • Coordinates volunteers and pet therapy visits.
  • Daily patient/family satisfaction rounding.
  • Ordering of needed unit supplies/brochures.
  • Attends hospital-wide Patient Experience Liaison meetings and reports back important system and hospital wide information to the department level.
  • Should be able to display professionalism and good telephone etiquette.
  • Good communication skills.



  • High school diploma or GED. Some college preferred

Relevant Experience:

  • Customer Service.
  • Retail experienced preferred.
  • HCAHPS knowledgeable.
  • Bilingual preferred.
  • Previous experience in caring for patients and families
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Publisher
