Overview

Atlantic Health System is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Marketing Channels at Morristown, NJ. The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing Channels strategizes multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to build awareness of Atlantic Health System’s services and offerings, create engagement with Atlantic’s digital experiences, and generate leads. This position will lead a team of channel specialists to bring the Atlantic Health vision and mission to life to further penetrate existing marketing, extend reach new markets to attract new patients while retaining existing patients. This is a hybrid position with the flexibility to work from home a few days each week.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize and design multi-channel marketing campaigns to support Atlantic Health System's brand strategy and messaging while driving lead generation and increased awareness.
  • Manage a team to plan, implement, and track marketing strategies and tactics across SEM, Paid Social, Programmatic Display, and Emerging Marketing Channels.
  • Manage a digital agency to execute campaign strategies, develop and execute creative briefs, deliver campaigns to market, and track campaign success.
  • Oversee an affiliate marketing program.
  • Oversee a multi-channel campaign calendar that supports business needs and healthcare seasonality to drive leads throughout the funnel.
  • Manage overall digital campaign budget.
  • Manage multiple digital ad agency relationships.
  • Set and track revenue of ad spend (ROAS) targets and generate high and lower level funnel leads as appropriate for the various services and healthcare acuity levels.

Qualifications

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills, project management, communication, presentation, Vendor management, and contract negotiation skills
  • Ability to drive ideation and design of marketing solutions in collaboration with marketing and service line leads, web and technology operations, legal and compliance, while effectively managing and maximizing digital agency resources

Minimum Education:

  • BA/BS in Business or Marketing required

Relevant Experience:

  • 7+ Years managing multi-channel digital marketing for a Fortune 500 company with experience in SEM, Paid Social, Programmatic Display, SEO, and Affiliate marketing
  • Successful track record in leading multi-channel campaigns with a demonstrated ability to flex between strategies and tactics to achieve stated KPIs
  • Digital Marketing Channel experience with a healthcare company, experience with Epic preferred
