Overview

The Manager, Digital Marketing Testing and Optimization leads the digital marketing testing and optimization program to maximize investments in digital marketing platforms and digital campaigns. This person will hire and manage an optimization resource to execute optimization testing and report results of these efforts to define and promote data driven best practices. Will collaborate with our digital channel team, digital platform for team, CRM team, and our digital agencies to optimize our success in our digital advertising results, digital experience engagements, and lead conversions across multiple channels. Will be an advocate for best practices across the entire marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Maximize marketing platform and channel investments through testing and optimization strategies and tactics.
  • Create and execute optimization strategy for digital marketing platforms and channels to optimize platform traffic and improve lead conversion.
  • Evaluate and implement A/B and multi-variant testing models and tools to maximize lead generation.
  • Oversee comprehensive SEO strategies across lines of business and channels to improve external search rankings.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and new tools to innovate with industry best practices for platform traffic, lead generation, and SEO YOY KPI growth.
  • Present to leadership and partners to share testing and optimization insights and results
  • Manage relationships with web development and online content producing partners to execute testing plans and action outcomes.
  • Manage vendor relationships to support execution of testing and optimization strategy.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years planning and performing testing and optimization for a high-volume consumer website
  • Experience with testing and optimization best practices and implementation for email, SEM, paid social, and display ads
  • Strong working knowledge of testing and optimization tools and platforms and best practices
  • Data and statistical analysis experience with demonstrated ability to interpret and act upon results
  • Technical optimization knowledge with the ability to translate complex topics for a non-technical audience
  • High proficiency with CSS, JavaScript, Microsoft excel, PowerBI, and PowerPoint
  • Experience optimizing Spanish language websites
  • Preferred: Healthcare marketing experience, experience with Site Improve, Adobe Target, Marketo Email Marketing
