The Manager, Digital Marketing Reporting and Analytics leads the digital marketing analytics program, offering reporting, analysis, and insights to demonstrate and direct the success of the Atlantic Health System Digital Marketing Program.  This person will manage a reporting resource and partner with our digital agencies to measure our success in achieving growth and penetrating new markets through our digital marketing program, including analytics for web, app, practitioner directory, campaigns (SEM, programmatic display, paid social), lead generation, online scheduling, and other applications measuring sessions, engagement, funnel activity, fallout and providing data driven insights and recommendations for our digital platforms and campaigns.  This person collaborates with our strategy team, reporting team, and digital agencies to provide reporting and insights to our digital team, larger marketing team, and business stakeholders.


  • Leads the digital marketing analytics program overseeing and automating ongoing platform YOY/MOM analytics as well as campaign results.
  • Manage AHS digital marketing tag management strategy and tag management vendors.
  • Manage, prioritize, and track data/report requests process along with an analytics roadmap and reporting issue resolution.
  • Conduct reporting readouts offering relevant data and insights to marketing and service line partners.
  • Collaborate with our Business Strategy team and analytics partners to ensure alignment with other reporting objectives and eliminate or avoid duplicative reporting.
  • Partner with the Atlantic Health Strategy Data team, data lake stakeholders, and our digital agencies on editing and maintenance of our campaign dashboard reporting, new data sources/pipelines, data validations, reporting/tracking data requirements gathering.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to business stakeholders and leadership by enabling automated reporting and data discovery projects that support strategic initiatives.
  • Oversee the quality, consistency of data, and accurate deliverables.
  • Hire, manage, and coach analytics team staff.
  • Manage and optimize processes for data intake, validation, mining, and engineering as well as modeling, visualization, and communication deliverables.
  • Examine, interpret and report results of analytical initiatives to stakeholders in leadership, technology, sales, marketing, and product teams.


  • 5+ years digital marketing analytics management for a high-volume consumer website and multi-channel digital campaigns.
  • Bachelors/master’s in computer science, economics, mathematics or other quantitative fields.
  • Data and statistical analysis experience with demonstrated ability in data modeling, visualization, business analytics, and reporting.
  • Solid understanding of data warehouses (on premise or cloud), Google Analytics (including new GA4 updates), AWS data management tools, and visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
  • Ability to develop strong working partnerships within  a matrixed organization.
  • Hands on SQL skills to conduct data mining exercises.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills to effectively communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences.
