Morristown Medical Center, a member of the prestigious Atlantic Health System is currently seeking a PD Pediatric Case Manager in the Case Mgmt. - State Dept.


We provide case management for children and youth through age 22, with special health needs including autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.

Comprehensive case management is provided by phone to families needing assistance with medical follow up, referral to community/State/Federal resources, school-related advocacy, and connection to other entities that serve children with special health care or developmental needs.



Licensure: Must have a valid New Jersey nursing license (RN) OR valid New Jersey certification/license(CSW/LSW/LCSW)

Education: Must have a minimum of a Bachelor or Master degree in nursing (BSN/MSN) OR a Bachelor or Master degree in social work (BSW/MSW).


A successful candidate must have good assessment and problem solving skills, knowledge of community resources and good communication skills by phone.


Experience: Must have a minimum of one year of experience in pediatric case management for “Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs”.
