Atlantic Health System is seeking a Full-time Financial Analyst in the ABH Corporate division in Morristown.


1. Facilitates accurate and timely reporting of revenues and expenses for grants associated with private foundations; State/Federal funding; philanthropy through hospital Foundations
2. Analyzes related general ledger accounts, work papers and journal entry preparations
3. Provides support to funded departments on internal and external reporting needs from application through post award
4. Serves as primary point of contact to independent auditors, serves as a liaison with funded departments for audits
5. Timely reports and audit submissions to funding agencies on behalf of AHS
6. Maintains an understanding of Uniform Guidance (UG) compliance, GAAP, GAAS, and recent accounting standards and pronouncements
7. Participates in review, evaluation, and implementation of procedures and systems related to financial reporting of grant and clinical research activities
8. Analyzes an coordinates financial data sources and other metrics to assist in program development



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related area
  •  Experience in collecting data from multiple systems
  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant healthcare experience.
