Overview

Atlantic Health System is seeking a full-time experienced Non-Invasive Cardiovascular Tech for the Cardiac Imaging in Rockaway NJ department to primarily work hours between 7-5PM. 

 

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • AHS is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Cardiovascular Imaging Centers supporting office and imaging centers throughout the Atlantic Health System Morristown/Overlook/Chilton regions.
  • The centers are located off campus and supports cardiology practices.
  • Selected candidate will be responsible for registration of patients, insurance verification, scheduling, and phone management.

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

Relevant Experience:

  • Registration, insurance authorization and/or private practice front end experience preferred Experience with EPIC Cadence or Cupid strongly preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills a must.
  • Candidate should be flexible with start and end time of day based on needs of patient scheduling.
  • Travel between sites in the AHS area may be required based on staffing needs
