Atlantic Health System is Seeking a Medical Director of Multiple Sclerosis for a Great Opportunity at CentraState in Central New Jersey

 

Atlantic Health System, one of New Jersey’s largest integrated healthcare systems, is seeking a Medical Director of Multiple Sclerosis at CentraState Medical Center. CentraState is home to the Linda Cardinale Multiple Sclerosis Center, which is one of only four MS centers in the state. CentraState is an independent, yet highly profitable community medical center servicing Freehold, NJ and the surrounding townships.

 

The ideal candidate will oversee a comprehensive MS Center that has been serving the community for nearly 20 years, and currently sees about 3,000 patients. The new hire will oversee and direct an attached, 9-bay infusion center with experienced nursing staff, 2 MS neurologists, an MS-trained DNP, in-house social worker, and a strong relationship with the rehab/PT department.

 

Located in a beautiful town with an enviable combination of top-rated good schools, and some of the most beautiful natural areas for hiking and camping. The outpatient offices are located just a few minutes away from the hospital.

Qualifications

  • BE/BC by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology
  • Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of New Jersey
  • Experienced physicians preferred
  • Must be fellowship trained in Multiple Sclerosis
  • Must have experience in administering Botox injections
  • Strong work ethic and desire to participate in a team-oriented, performance-driven group
