Atlantic Health System is seeking multiple per diem Sterile Processing Technicians for Central Sterile Supply at Morristown Medical Center to work primarily  evening shift, Monday-Friday with rotating weekends. 

• Responsible for decontamination, prepping and packaging, and sterilization processes of all surgical instrumentation and patient care equipment.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Must be able to push, pull heavy sterilization transport carts
• Prolonged standing
• Basic computer knowledge with an Instrument Tracking system
• Complete knowledge of a case cart preparation system
• Familiarity with correct materials for packaging and wrapping all instrument sets and trays

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required

License/Certifications:

• CBSPD/IAHCSMM or CRCST certification

Relevant Experience:

• 1 year of acute experience preferred
