Overview

Atlantic Health System is seeking a FT Respiratory Therapist for the Respiratory Therapy department at Morristown Medical Center to work 7PM - 7A, including every 3rd weekend.

Responsibilities

 

  • The Respiratory Therapist (RRT) utilizes the application of scientific principles for the identification, prevention, remediation, research, and rehabilitation of acute or chronic cardiopulmonary dysfunction.
  • The RRT will assume primary responsibility for all Respiratory Care modalities in the hospital.

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Associate of Science degree from an accredited respiratory therapist program, required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, highly preferred.

Minimum Experience:

  • Clinical experience
  • Candidate must have computer skills and knowledge

License/Certifications:

  • Credentialed as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC), required.
  • Valid NJ RCP license
  • BLS required
  • ACLS
